I am doing an research project on what the consumer thinks about Esurance Insurance Company. I would love to hear the good and the bad about this company.

I've never had any dealings with Esurance, but I can tell you that you're taking a risk any time you sign up with a company that doesn't have agents in the field. An agent in the field can go to bat for you if there is ever a problem with a claim. Companies like Esurance and Geico have no field agents and therefore, there's no one to help you out if you don't like how the claims department treats you. I'm not saying they're a bad company....I'm just saying it's risky not to have anyone in your corner.

Reply:A great way to research this would be to send an email to everyone you know! Create a list of questions that you want answered and you will probably learn more than you ever wanted to know about consumer's opinions of esurance.





One great way to send sureveys is through something like www.icontact.com. They will provide a 30-day trial and you can design your own survey with multiple choice answers.

Whether their insurance is any good or not, that's a different matter. I have no idea.
