What are the top three gripes concerning fluorescent light bulbs?

I know there have been all sorts of customer opinion polls done about light bulbs, but they are very hard to find on the Internet. Does anyone have a fact-based idea as to the top three issues that consumers have with household oriented fluorescent light bulbs? I'm looking for research based answers and sources, not personal opinions. Thanks!

What are the top three gripes concerning fluorescent light bulbs?
Some states are trying to ban incandescent light bulbs (ILB) and promote compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL) because CFLs are more energy efficient and release less mercury into the environment. Some negative issues with CFLs are (I don't know if these are top three):

1. They cost more than ILB (but save you more on energy bill)

2. They cannot be used outside in extreme cold/heat.

3. Because they do have small amounts of mercury, they have to be disposed of in a proper manner (sometimes you can return the bulb to the place of purchase or to a recycling facility)%26lt;~~ Research more online and take a look at http://www.lamprecycle.org

For more research look at energy companies websites for the difference between ILB and CFL
Reply:there are none, they rock...
