Can anyone recommend a market research company that they have used in the past on FMCG projects? Specific area of interest is how consumers talk about products and / or ingredients.
Need companies with proven track record in helping manufacturers deliver NPD that has real product based USPs and/or companies that can help formulate product based communication strategies.
Has anyone carried out product based marketing research?
I'm with Pinecone research %26amp; they sometimes send me products to test but it's diificult to join them now, you have to search frequently for their "banners" to join them.
Test %26amp; Vote is another one for testing products but they never sent me anything even though I've been them for a long time.I'm with many market research companies %26amp; Pinecone is the only one that sends products to test; except Cosmetic research which sometimes send me beauty products to test.
