*I have blue-prints, Drawings and Illustrations, a business plan, PowerPoint presentations, Speeches, Outlines, Company Goals, Market Strategies, and Consumer Research already done but I can't afford to mess up. Starting my company depends on this
I'm an Inventor/Entrepreneur and I have a HUGE Meeting Tomorrow, how to prepare???
Get some rest! You want to be alert, charming, intelligent, etc., tomorrow for your meeting! :o)
Think POSITIVE thoughts about your GREAT product and how you've worked hard to get where you are going to be tomorrow.
It sounds like you have done tons of research and documentation, don't overload your potential investor/client!
If possible, take the product with you.
Give a high-level, positive, and enthusiastic overview, and let them ask questions.

The people that you will be talking to will be focused on your idea more than you. A great salesman can make a lot of money but a great idea/product can make millions.
If your project will make money for the investors they will be all over it. Go knock em dead.
