I'm doing research for a project in which I have do devise and implement a new strategy of running a business. In this case improving a cable company centered around the needs and whats of the consumer.
What would you change [for the better] about your cable company?
1. adjust pricing to the level of actual service provided
2. improve network stability and emergency (back-up) procedures
3. simplify usability
4. drastically improve after-sales service
Reply:I would have my price below my competition.
Reply:the fee for every digital box you rent in the house, if you pay for the cable and channels they shouldnt charge fee for every digital box
Reply:Make it cheaper would be better.
