Why am I still getting junk mail, that I have BLOCKED?
Spammers or Junkers are famous for changing their address--just a little--with each mailing, thereby slipping past a block--(which is locked in to a specific address).

Other than blocking--your options are to keep clicking the "spam" tab, which trains the "spamguard" to stop your unwanted mail--- OR to set up a "filter", which will immediately delete mail (regardless of address) containing common words, that you yourself will identify.

On your mail page, click "options". Under "Spam Protection"---check that the settings are set up as you like (and "save" any changes)

Also on the "options" page---scroll down to "filters". Click "add" and fill in the blanks with

a few common words---ie---"Consumer" or "Laptop" (just an idea) and click "add filter".

While on the "options" page----scroll through the "block addresses" list and make sure these two are, in fact, on the list. If not---maybe you need to block them again.

Good luck with whichever one (or all) that you do.
Reply:If u have done or filled out any surveys to win something for free or just for fun that is usually spam and it will always email u since u have to type in your email in those dont worry it happens to me too
