There is a correlation between market research and sales growth. Whether it is positive or negative depends upon how the market research is conducted. Market research allows you to understand the who, what, when, where, and why's of your target market. The stronger the relationship between your customers wants and the solution of your offering, the better chance your customer will purchase.
