when an object from the co. is sent to a panel member to use, review and keep after comments on a survery questionaire- is there record of them charging the panel member for the object or any other fees when survery is completed?
Is consumer research corporation a reputable service without any catches for the test panel member?
Consumer Research, is Legal and there is no catch in it.
Test Panel Member are regular employees of the consumer research company.
Other retained members are paid, for their services. They are provided product absolutely free, or alternatively at highly subsidized price, with clear understanding that if the product is not found satisfactory, member will be able to return the product and no question asked.
